Course Booking, Cancellation & Rebooking Policy

Course Bookings

All course bookings are subject to the following terms and conditions. Upon booking a course with Samara Aesthetics Academy, you agree to abide by this policy.

  • A 50% deposit is payable at the time of booking and is non-refundable.
  • Full payment is required at least 7 days prior to the course.
  • Course places are limited. We recommend early booking to secure your preferred date.

 

Cancellation Terms

Please note, cancellation fees apply upon booking:

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is payable at the time of booking.
  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the course date are 100% non-refundable. We strongly encourage delegates to consider their availability carefully before booking.

All requests to reschedule must be made in writing. Unfortunately, we cannot move or reschedule course bookings that fall within 7 days of the course date.

Events Outside Our Control

If a course is cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control—such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or other unforeseen events—we will offer a rescheduled training date at no extra charge. Standard cancellation terms still apply for delegates who opt not to reschedule.

General Booking Conditions

  • Samara Aesthetics Academy reserves the right to amend or cancel any course date. In such cases, we will contact all affected delegates promptly to arrange an alternative date.
  • We are unable to cover any associated costs (e.g. travel, accommodation) due to date changes.
  • We reserve the right to withdraw delegates whose behaviour is disruptive or inappropriate at our sole discretion.

Course Validity & Refunds

  • All courses must be booked and completed within 12 months of purchase.
  • Courses are non-refundable after 3 months from the date of purchase.

 

 Certification

A Certificate of Completion will be awarded at the end of the course, provided all components are completed satisfactorily and on time.

Training Models

  • All models for hands-on training will be organised by Samara Aesthetics Academy for the purposes of education and skill development.
  • Delegates will jointly assess and consult on models to reinforce team-based learning and to simulate real-world aesthetic practice.
  • Delegates are not required to bring their own models unless otherwise advised.

 

Trainers

Different trainers may be present across the duration of a course to ensure diversity of expertise and teaching style in both theoretical and practical elements.

Catering

Light refreshments are provided for the course but feel free to bring your lunch for the full day courses. Please notify us of any dietary requirements at least 7 days before the course date so that we can accommodate your needs.

Punctuality & Attendance

  • It is essential that delegates arrive on time.
  • Delegates who arrive late may miss critical safety briefings or practical components and may not be eligible for certification.
  • No refunds or rescheduling will be offered in these cases.

Travel & Accommodation

We are not liable for any travel or accommodation costs incurred by delegates to attend our training. We recommend confirming your course attendance before making any such arrangements.

Insurance & Indemnity Acknowledgement

Our courses are recognised by leading cosmetic indemnity providers in Australia. However, Samara Aesthetics Academy cannot be held responsible if:

  • Industry guidelines or standards change after your training;
  • Your chosen insurer changes its recognition criteria;
  • Further qualifications or procedural requirements are introduced that fall outside our current curriculum structure.

We recommend all delegates seek advice from their current or prospective insurer regarding coverage requirements for cosmetic injectables.

 

REFERRAL PROGRAM: Samara Aesthetics Academy

We value word-of-mouth referrals and want to reward our alumni who share their positive training experience with others. The following terms outline how our referral program works.

  1. Eligibility

The referral program is open to individuals who have successfully completed a training course with Samara Aesthetics Academy valued at $2,500 or more.

  1. Submitting a Referral

2.1 To participate, complete the official referral form with:

  • Your full name and email
  • The full name and contact details of your referral

2.2 Incomplete or inaccurate submissions will not qualify.

  1. Referral Rewards

3.1 Successful referrers will receive either:

  • A $200 credit towards any future training course with us
  1. Qualifying Referrals

4.1 A referral is considered successful when:

  • The referred individual books and completes a course valued at $2,500 or more

4.2 The reward will only be issued after the referred individual completes their course in full.

  1. Reward Distribution

5.1 Upon successful completion of the course by the referee:

  • A unique course credit code will be emailed to the referrer. Course credit can be used on any of our future training sessions or packages.
  1. No Referral Limit

6.1 There is no cap on the number of individuals you can refer.
6.2 Each eligible referral results in a separate reward.

  1. Program Duration

7.1 The Refer a Friend Program is ongoing, however we reserve the right to amend or discontinue the program at any time without prior notice.

  1. Changes & Termination

8.1 Samara Aesthetics Academy may update, modify, or terminate the program and its terms at any time.
8.2 Any changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on our website.

  1. Fraudulent Activity

9.1 Any attempt to create false referrals or manipulate the program may result in disqualification from participation.

  1. Privacy

10.1 All personal data collected during the referral process will be managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be accessed via our website.
